“I am going to Expo West” is what I wrote in my journal years ago. Well here I am! I came, I conquered and I brought home 52lbs of samples. Holy moly. These brands are so passionate about what they do and it lights me up. This weekend was so magical and I loved every second of being able to be around like minded people. 13 No’s and 40 days of Ice Cream

Failure —a simple word that’s meaning has evolved for me over the years. It used to be  a word that would tear me down to no end, but now, it’s a word I am grateful for.

When you sit down to write "your story" it’s crazy how many memories flood back into your mind.  I can trace my innate goal-chasing desire back to when I was just 5 years old. This "push yourself until you are the best" idea was ingrained in me.  I believe I was just born with it - a gift and a curse all in one. If you’ve read my post on anxiety, I mentioned my “middle child” complex.

(Keto) Creamy Chocolate Collagen Smoothie

Before I get to the chocolaty goodness recipe, here is a little food for your brain (literally) so you know whyyyy I preach collagen so much.  I can't stress it enough...so I will let the facts to the talking.

Collagen - it’s totally a buzz word at this point, but for VERY good reason.  Derived from animal bones, it is the reason bone broth is the queen-bee right now.  Since bone broth isn’t the easiest to make and can be a little difficult to get your hands on everyday...this is the easy-peasy way of getting all of the amazing nutrients in a powdered form.

Anxiety- My Story and How I Win

Realness bomb here: This is a subject near and dear to my heart.  I am a holistic health coach, yes, but please know this doesn't mean I don't deal with the the same things you might.  The advice I give is advice I give myself everyday.  I serve others through serving myself so I am along with ride right next to you.  I am human and anxiety is real mann. Well let me take that back..there is a balance between the attention I give it (or how real I make it) and dismissing it (not facing it head on) I believe what we give energy to grows and anxiety is the last thing I want to grow..right?
